Office Administrator
We are a reputable company looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience managing administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office operations, managing schedules and appointments, and providing support to the team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome applications from all candidates, including those without previous experience. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Provide support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalees and Egyptians are encouraged to apply)
