Sales Manager - Al-Malikiyah, Syria
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Train and manage the performance of the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territory
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.
