Merchandiser Specialist

The Merchandiser Specialist will play a key role in our company's success by ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores. This individual will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our products effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
