Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct location
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Create and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Draft correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Perform data entry tasks as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
