Seasonal Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Dar Kulaib. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design seasonal menus that showcase local and international cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are of high quality and presented beautifully
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain cost control
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and managing kitchen operations effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal position
