Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary materials
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Organize company events and assist with event planning logistics
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Lusail
Note: This job is open for all nationalities. Part-time positions are also available for interested candidates who possess own visa. English language proficiency is not required.
