Chef de Cuisine
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our restaurant. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following all health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A passion for food and creativity in menu planning is essential. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to join our team. Fluency in English is required, but knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and is located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
