Office Assistant in Doha, Qatar
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pakistani national with experience in office work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for office staff
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national currently residing in Doha
- Previous experience working in an office setting is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English language not required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience)
