Concierge Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other facilities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby and common areas
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in Urdu or Hindi, basic English skills required
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
