Hotel Manager (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)
As a hotel manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of our hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage and train staff to provide top-notch customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to maintain high levels of cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred).
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with accommodation in Al-Rayyan. This is a contract job suitable for men who are willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
