Hotel Manager (Egyptian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices
- Create and maintain budgets for each department within the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
