Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Indian restaurant, we are looking for a chef who specializes in Indian cuisine and can bring their expertise to our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new Indian-inspired dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create menus and specials that showcase the best of Indian cuisine
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually improve menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and flavors used in Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication skills (English speaking preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Must be willing to relocate to Doha if not already located there
- Visa sponsorship and flight ticket provided
Salary:
