Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Egypt


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Plan and execute product displays and promotions in line with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to coordinate merchandising activities
- Train and supervise junior merchandisers on product presentation standards
- Analyze sales data to determine the success of merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of retail trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must have own visa
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available for part-time work
