Hotel Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Doha. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high levels of profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize profits
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any issues that may arise
- Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for ownership group
- Coordinate with sales team to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, budgeting, and revenue management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
Salary: $900 per month
Location: Doha (open to candidates of Indian nationality)
