Office Assistant
We are seeking a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary: 1100$
Location: Al-Khor
