Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations on a part-time basis in Muharraq. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial management. You will also be required to create schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Muharraq
- Availability to work part-time hours
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Create and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets effectively
