Executive Chef - Al-Malikiyah
We are in search of a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and delicious meals while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creativity in developing new dishes and recipes
- Strong organizational skills to handle inventory, budgeting, and ordering supplies
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus according to customer preferences, seasonal availability, and budgetary limitations
- Train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies
- Develop new dishes and adjust existing recipes as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Malikiyah (open to all nationalities)
