Job Title: Administrator - Part Time (Abu Dhabi)
We are hiring an experienced Administrator for a part time position in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing office operations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain physical and electronic records accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
Schedule:
This is a part time position with flexible working hours. You will work approximately 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
Salary for this position is competitive at $1000 per month.
