Administrative Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of important documents
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1600 per month with accommodation provided. This is a full-time position located in Abu Dhabi. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
