Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant at our company in Lusail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to all departments, while also maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations or other materials as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a biometric passport
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
