Part-time Office Assistant
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar (Preference for Egyptian candidates)
Salary: 1600 QAR per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-time, with accommodation (own visa preferred)
Our busy office in Al-Wakra is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual with strong administrative skills to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and supplies
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and processing payments
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
