Executive Chef
A reputable restaurant in Lusail is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes, along with strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that incorporate fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain proper levels of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing menu items
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu prices as needed to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English (Indian nationality preferred)
Salary: 1500$ per month + benefits (negotiable based on experience)
