Part Time Construction Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Part Time Construction Manager to join our team in Muharraq. As a part time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a part-time basis, while also meeting the needs and requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects on a part-time basis
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with budget management
- Provide regular updates to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software
- Flexibility to work part-time hours

Salary: 1600$ (pro-rated based on part-time hours)

Location: Muharraq, Bahrain (open to all nationalities)
