Administrative Assistant for Al-Khor City, Egypt
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor City, Egypt. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office and assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
- Own visa or sponsorship is required for non-Egyptian applicants
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Suitable for both men and women.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
