Office Assistant - Malayalee (Doha, Qatar)
We are a leading company in Doha, Qatar seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. This is a contract position and candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
