Senior Accountant



We are a growing company in Bayan, looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting tasks for the company. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Monitor budgets and prepare financial reports for senior management
- Manage tax filings and audits
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
