Indian Executive Chef in Doha
We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a team of kitchen staff. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating delicious Indian dishes and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that showcase authentic Indian cuisine
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable Indian restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
