Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in various retail outlets. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that products are displayed effectively and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with retail outlets and negotiate product placement and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and adjust merchandise accordingly
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Participate in product launches and promotional events
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (Preference for African nationals)
