Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Provide support to colleagues with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
