Administrative Assistant for Indian National in Dukhan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company, working closely with the management team and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Managing databases and keeping records up-to-date
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
