Accountant for Real Estate Company in Hawalli, Egypt
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing real estate company in Hawalli, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be familiar with Egyptian tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor expenses and create cost-saving strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is not required.
