Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Hawalli is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inventory and finances, and leading a team of skilled employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations including food preparation, service, and customer interactions
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Creating employee schedules and coordinating staff training
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures
- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems (e.g. POS)
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
