Logistics Coordinator
A reputable logistics company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, from sourcing materials to shipping finished products. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or customers
- Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to relevant parties
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate rates with transportation companies to minimize costs
- Create and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and expenses
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the shipping process
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
