Urgent Administrator for Accommodation in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to our company's accommodation facilities. This is an urgent position and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our company's accommodation facilities in Al Ahmadi.
- Keep track of all accommodation bookings and ensure that they are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all rooms and facilities are well-maintained.
- Handle any guest complaints or requests promptly and effectively.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the accommodation facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses related to the accommodation facilities.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and other relevant information as needed.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Applicants from Pakistan or Egypt will be given preference but this is not a strict requirement.
- No English proficiency is required for this position.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month, which includes accommodation provided by the company.
