Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi. This position is open to individuals of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes as needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu or Malayalam is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
Salary: 1200$ per month
This is a part-time position without experience requirements. However, candidates with previous administrative experience will be given preference.
