Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are a fast-growing company in the heart of Abu Dhabi, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a significant impact on our business.
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meet sales targets, and continuously analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking events
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and meetings
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and identifying upselling opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our products/services offerings
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback for management review
