Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your main objective will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with potential customers
- Follow up on leads and referrals from existing clients
- Attend meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand your network
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the same industry (at least 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: $1000 per month + commission on sales
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (preference for African candidates)
Contract Type: Full-time (6-month contract with possibility of extension)
Note: This job requires proficiency in English as it involves communicating with international clients. Biometric passport is required for travel purposes.
