Merchandiser - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are in need of a talented and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies for our products. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability through strategic product placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends and customer demand
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine the best product mix and assortment for each location
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to supply chain team
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development
- Build strong relationships with store managers/owners to negotiate prime display locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance and annual leave. This is a full-time position, suitable for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
