Retail Merchandiser


We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing manner to attract customers. This is a full-time job suitable for men, with a salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Set up and maintain product displays, including signage and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Collaborate with sales team to determine product placement strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase sales
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
