Merchandiser for Retail Store in Bayan, Kuwait (Indian Nationals)

As a Merchandiser for our retail store in Bayan, Kuwait, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and organization of products within the store. Your main goal is to attract customers and increase sales by creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an enticing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative visual displays that tell a story and highlight our products
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure visual merchandising aligns with sales goals and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Continuously analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to displays and product placement

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong eye for design, color, and composition
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store staff and management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes

Salary: 1200$ per month (no English proficiency required)
Location: Bayan, Kuwait (accommodation not provided)
Other requirements: Biometric passport required for work permit application.
