Job Title: Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Hawalli. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to on-site supervision and quality control. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure quality and timely completion
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate progress updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
