Administrator
City: Muharraq, Bahrain
We are a reputable company in Muharraq seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all administrative tasks in our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in administration is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Proactive problem-solving skills
