Office Assistant - Entry Level
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an entry level position suitable for Pakistani individuals looking to start their career in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills and a valid biometric passport. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing documents. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent English speaking skills (Pakistani accent preferred)
- Valid biometric passport (preferably with UAE residence visa)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary offered for this position is $1600 per month, along with standard company benefits.
