Job Title: Construction Manager - Malayalee (Ar Rumaythiyah)


We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities including subcontractors, suppliers and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, contracts and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)

Salary: 1200 USD per month
