Administrative Assistant - Muharraq, Bahrain
Our fast-paced company is in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our company's services.
- Maintain office supplies and order new items when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
- Keep track of employee attendance and vacation requests.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff members.
- Keep office area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. This position is suitable for students looking for part-time work.
