Receptionist - English Speaking (Malayalee/Egyptian)
We are currently hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has experience in customer service or front desk reception.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information about the company to callers and visitors
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, scanner)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Salary: 1000$ per month.
