Restaurant Manager
We are a well-established restaurant in Abu Dhabi seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards by conducting regular quality checks
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure prompt resolution
- Work closely with the chef to develop new menu items and promotions
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates from India or African countries.
