Guest Services Coordinator
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality or customer service, but this is not required. This role offers a salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation. Candidates from Africa or Egypt with proficiency in English are encouraged to apply, as well as students looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Assist with scheduling guest transportation or reservations
- Keep track of guest feedback and report any recurring issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
