Multilingual Concierge in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Multilingual Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Your main duties will include greeting and checking in guests, making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and services.

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English and at least one other language such as Urdu or Swahili to cater to our diverse clientele.
