Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality food and service to customers. You will manage and train staff, handle inventory and budgeting, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and handle customer complaints. Your goal will be to maximize profitability while maintaining a positive work environment.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management and be fluent in English. Experience in Indian cuisine is preferred. Accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling shifts and handling payroll
- Ensure high-quality food and service to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Foster a positive work environment for employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant
- Knowledge of safety regulations and food handling practices
- Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Location: Al-Rayyan
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
